Marriottmarbella.es is a property of Golf Week SL. This platform is use to rent out weeks for the Marriott Marbella Beach Resort. These weeks are property of Golf Week SL.
The prices of the weeks are publicly available on marriottmarbella.es; however, the final price of the weeks will be that one that reads on the contract signed by both parts, Golf Week SL and the customer.
If the client can’t use any of the weeks rented by Golf Week SL, the company offers to re-rent these weeks charging a 10% fee of the new total price of the weeks – therefore when Golf Week SL rents these weeks to a different customer, the final price agreed for this transaction will be used to calculate the 10% fee.
If the client can’t use any of the weeks rented by Golf Week SL and he informs within 60 or more days of the beginning of the usage of the weeks, Golf Week SL will offer 50% money back guaranteed – this condition only applies if Golf Week SL fails to rent the weeks to a different customer.
